Our oceanfront #101 was completely remodeled recently and is said to be one of the "most desirable" units in the complex. It is a first floor, corner unit with "right outside the door" access to one of Maui's most beautiful beaches for snorkeling and swimming. Giant sea turtles and tropical fish of every color under the rainbow can be seen in the waters of the bay. The giant humpback whales that migrate to the Hawaiian Islands every winter can be seen from the beach and the lanai of #101, not to mention the beautiful rainbows that are a daily occurrence. Some of the additions to #101 include Italian porcelain tile flooring, a sub-zero refrigerator with ice-maker (no more going to the "ice house" for your ice), new white kitchen cabinets with granite counters and palm tree door pulls. A full size slide-in glass cooktop/oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and all the equipment needed to provide all the comforts of home right down to the Henckels knife block. The bath includes a walk-in shower with designer wave accent tile and a pedestal sink in the dressing area. A 27" color TV with cable, VCR and CD player with a collection of VCR tapes and Hawaiian CD's are available for your enjoyment in the unit or as you sit on the lanai and enjoy the spectacular view. There is nothing between you and the ocean but sand and swaying palms. It just doesn't get much better than that!!!!! This unit will accommodate two persons only, with no exceptions.

US$300.00US deposit required within 72 hours to confirm your preferred dates. Balance due 60 days prior to your arrival at the unit. Winter dates require a $500.00 deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Deposit is non-refundable if cancelling dates during winter season or within 90 days of arrival at unit.
